While I was in Prison I Dreamed of a Day...

Change Begins with Self, then with Community

You Can Move On with Your Life and Build

In prison I could only dream of a day my life could make a difference in the world outside, so I learned to serve others and speak my truth on the inside. Today, I feel that everyday is an opportunity to serve others and lift them up. I never thought I'd be marching to raise awareness about sex trafficking and working to eliminate it from our communities. I realize that children trapped in this disgusting world of sex traffickers and sexual predators have dreams as well, maybe not to just be freed from slavery but also dreams of being the next President of the United States.
